I am officially home for one month, taking in every moment of my very last winter break ever. It's a depressing thought, but my time at home has been great so far. I most definitely have a problem with letting go. When I psychoanalyze myself, I say that it's because I grew up without a father and with a mother who constantly said she wanted to commit suicide. I just got home from seeing The Goblet of Fire with Allison and I can definitely say that it was the best of the series thus far. Perhaps my enjoyment was due partially to the fact that I forgot the major twist of the movie, but I still thought the acting, special effects, etc. were superb in comparison to the first three films. :)

So I know we still have a little less than two weeks until Thanksgiving but I've really had a lot of time lately to think about life, how precious and short it is, and about how much we need to be grateful for the blessings we have.
