So Zack was looking at me and said, "Those blue eyes!"

I wasn't totally sure what he meant, since I wear blue mascara a lot of the time.  So I asked what he meant, and he said he meant my actual eyes.  "Those blue eyes and a baby face!  So many guys would totally go for that!"

Now, my high school boyfriend made a very big deal of me having green eyes ( Read more... )

My eyes are arguable too. growing up i was always told they were blue, then one day in middle school a girl said something about my green eyes and i was like "what?! my eyes are blue!" We argued for a bit, then some months later I looked in the mirror on a greenish day and realized she wasn't as crazy as I thought.
Mine change from day to day, sometimes gray too, so not as defined as your ring & wreath.
Overall I'm pretty bad at noticing someone's eye color unless it's really astonishing, which I think is why I didn't even realize mine changed. that's not usually what I'm looking at when I'm at a mirror

My mother swears she has "hazel" eyes. They're blue.

Some people call my eyes "light brown" some people call them "dark brown" some people call them "hazel". I call them Amber.

From a young age, Jeff's mom taught him to memorise the eye colour of every woman he met. She'd quiz him when they left the store: "What colour were her eyes?" Jeff did a great impression of his 7-year-old-self: (big sigh) "brown with some green, mom."

(She was a petite woman with a large chest, this was her solution)

I think it's utterly charming!
