e remembered the time when Dylan would bounce around, his eyes lightning-bright, because Paul had indulged him for even a moment. Now there was a clear, burdened look to his shoulders. He wasn’t a kid anymore.
That was an amazing paragraph: seriously: you hit the nail on the head and you got Lyn's fear down at the end beautifully.
Also, I LOVE how you took such a liberty with canon, and still made it work. Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou. I'd have never seen this, but it fits in so bloody well. :)

But the Lyn/Paul thing is written so well by you that I can actually stomach it.
The worst thing was that since I was writing HER I had to actually think about Lyn for more than 0.5 seconds, which was hard because the hate was welling up.
I just calm myself because I know she'll get what's coming to her in the end. Well, she better anyway. I just want to see the smirk on Paul's face when he breaks her little heart. Hee! Man, I'm mean!
