Headaches (and SAN FRANCISCO)

If the headache persists into tonight and tomorrow morning, it will have been two weeks. It started shortly after the accident, for the first week it was rather tame, but it most recently took on an horrendous feel. Since Monday it has been quite torturous. Feel better soon and don't beat yourself up over a lb here and there. You've shown you have the discipline to loss the weight.

I've been sick here for a week and many of my friends around the country are too. We just need to say nice things to each other until we're all well again!
