it's beginning to drive me insane...I don't know how much more I can handle before I really go over the edge here. The volume has just become way too much and I feel like I am going to go bonkers or postal or something very soon...okay, I won't go postal, because I hate violence towards others.

Then set your limit and then tell them that they have crossed it, and then give them a reasonable amount of time to fix it.
