Fundies...?
One of my friends mentioned today something about Fundies. Not understanding the term, I performed a quick Google search. At the top of the list was this link of pure, concentrated stupid. I know it's meant to be funny (hence the title "Fundies Say the Darndest Things"), but damn! It eats at my stomach that some people think this way. Bluh. Bluh!

Also, this little tidbit popped up in my LSAT book: "Aristotle wrote that a tyrant would be well advised to put on the appearance of uncommon devotion to religion. Subjects are more tolerant of unjust treatment from a ruler whom they consider god-fearing and pious. Moreover, as most subjects believe that even the gods are on the side of the ruler, the subjects are less apt to more against him."
