Nice! What do you normally serve with these?

I think they go well with other Indian-inspired dishes, though maybe not indian all the way. I'm partial to marsala-roasted brussel sprouts as a side though, but that may because it's the only way I've ever had brussel sprouts that weren't gross. A good fried brown rice is good too, with peas.
