i need help

We heard this loud meowing outside last night for a long time. Jeremy went out, but couldn't find any kitties. This morning at 8:00, they start scream-meowing again so I go outside. And these two adorable kittens are hiding under cars in our parking lot. They were so skinny. I brought them out food and water and they actually were head-butting

oh they do. all i have to do is walk into the bathroom and they start purring like crazy. i want to keep them so bad but jeremy doesn't want to.
