hm ... while melanie touched down on a lot of important things to consider ... quite eloquently might i add?!?! ... it really just falls down on you. =)

one. do you REALLY want to do this, like, foreal, do YOU really want to do THIS? or two. are the 'friends' that are making the situation a lil more comfortable for you the true reasons you're considering this at all? three. while im all about trying it out and forgeting all the regret that might ensue if you DONT try it out, don't try to make up for lost chances at doing things you wanted to do back in high school by jumping into something as intense-sounding as this (time, effort, MONEY), follow your instincts and let this "marinate" ...

FOUR. once you've carefully considered one through three, and i mean REALLY carefully considered them ... do it. fuck it. you only live once ... and if this whole thing is because of what i think its because ... then do it X 100 because remember, we need to start taking more chances, now.

i already gave you my two cents on this thing... and i still think you should do it. i talked to one of my sorority sisters who crossed recently and she told me some stuff (im goign to tell you as soon as i see you online or something). but the thing is, youre going to be doing this for UCI and every chapter does their own thing, so it might be different.

you should so do it. i pledged almost three years ago and i dont regret it. i wouldve regretted it if i didnt give it a shot.

but yeah... let me know what's up =)
