Well, I've given notice and will no longer be employed in a retail establishment (hopefully ever) as of March 16th. This means that I don't have to find an excuse to get the 17th and 18th off. I can celebrate my heritage by drinking a lot, and sleeping it off the next day. Now then, where to go. *lol*

Soon I will be free.

First interview with Museum of Flight done. I'm slightly less excited about the job now, since he made it sound more like maintenance than building and painting and whatnot. We'll see. I'm still giving slightly less than 2 weeks notice at the store I think. The situation has improved slightly in some ways, but I just need to get out of there ( Read more... )

Writing descriptions for theatre jobs meant to be read by someone who may or may not have any clue what you're talking about is officially a pain in the ass.

So, here I am, filling out application materials for a job that might actually put my degree to some use . . . only, I'm not entirely certain I'm completely qualified, but I'm applying anyway . . . I am officially a college graduate. I got my degree in the mail today . . . finally.

Turns out someone officially approved my degree some time ago, and neglected to tell me about it. This makes me happy and yet slightly frustrated at the same time.
