So after another blah week I'm beginning to think that I need a change....I truly want to do some kickboxing. I tried it at a women's expo a couple weeks ago and it felt sooo good. i've been having a kind of blah month, but luckily i'm coming out of it. that's the worst though! i've broken the blahs with some retail therapy (huge treat for me, cause i pretty much never indulge), and other just TOTALLY self centered things... felt really nice!!! but this week i need to cut the decadence and start working out. gained a lil weight (don't even want to KNOW how much but probably over five pounds, and i wasn't tiny to begin with). so i'm in the same boat as you. gotta get my tae bo/running on. and my dieting on... and my apple cider vinegar drinking and ginger and green tea supplementing on... ;)

we need to go to a sasquatch show... ever see that guy!? the stand up bassist is pretty much the sexiest man alive (don't tell the erics). and the show is like... just ridiculous.

ohhh yeah I've seen those guys a few times. I do love the stand up bassist...very sexy. ;) I'm always down to see them. You just let me know. They always do shows in the summer.
I totally want to pick your brain for diet/nutrition stuff. I'm so intimidated by it though. How much of the apple cider vinegar do you drink? do you mix it with something else? It's supposed to burn fat right?

ha ha ha well i think it's "supposed" to help you lose fat but i don't think there are any studies done on it. the theory behind it is that the vinegar aids in breaking down the fats and proteins in your stomach. so i guess by helping you to more efficiently break them down it aids in increasing metabolism.. HOWEV, and i was thinking about this the other day, i think it stands to reason that you should probably limit your fat intake... because it won't matter how efficiently you're breaking down the fats if you're still eating a ton of them. you ain't gonna lose weight. but then again, who knows? some people swear by the stuff. me, i just will do and try whatever it takes. within reason though. i won't touch diet pills with a ten foot pole ( ... )
