So aforementioned parent is in hospice care now. It's officially what's called palliative care, which means the treatment is to make the patient as comfortable as possible... and that's all ( Read more... )

Because I never had to deal with him before - just my own manager! Now that I'm "in the mix" so to speak, he's someone I occasionally have to pretend that his jokes are funny when he's around. O_o
