burt(the hamster) escaped sometime during the nite. this morning I scrambled around looking for it with no luck. I checked out of school early to do some searching and the first place I looked he popped out. yay burt!

I am now forced to fend for myself in every direction in every aspect of my life.

after passing the peyote buttons around the fire, we sat cross-legged and danced and listened to the cheif sing the tribal songs. I realized then that the song, the movements of the indians, and the movement of the sticks were all real. I leaned over to the indian sitting next to me and said 'Chasing Fox, this song is GOOD.'

Today when I got home from school I decided to take a walk in the forest. when I reached the gate, an orange marker blocked my path. once I realized what it was, I was horrified.
