Why is it that people rarely write when they are exceptionally happy. I write in my private journal, but not so much here on the net recently. And the journal in my bag is mostly ideas for shows I want to do or pieces of scripts that will eventually filter into one cohesive thing. The most valuable lesson I have learned is that only half the rules of this world we have been taught actually exist. This includes the defition of who we are, the words we use and the limits of creativity and depth of understanding we posses. I am sitting in Odegard Library in the apple computer section... and I think there are more people making out than studying.

Two rocks were thrown into a pond, and my werent the ripples pretty on the surface. But how does one ever evaluate what is going on as the rock sinks to the bottom?

I can't write as myself. When I write journal entries it is shit, halted sentences and lists of what I did that day. My moleskin is comprised of monologues in a character very near to myself.
