I was a very bad boy at midnight in Polk County recently. The speed on I-4 for that stretch keeps changing from 55 to 65 and back and forth because of different little construction sites. I either missed one or just stopped caring about it because there was no one on the road. This is the grand irony of traffic enforcement: the fewer people on the road, the safer whatever you're doing will be. But you're most likely to get a ticket when there are few cars on the road, because the number of state troppers is relatively constant.

It's absolutely miserable.
