It's beautiful at the same time that it's horrible

Today, I think, is a good day for throwing myself off a bridge. School is pretty much unbearable. Today in my PDEs class, a guy in the back row read a book the whole time. I am skipping probability right now, because after the rest of today, I will literally be throttled to death by my own enraged intestines if I go to any more classes ( Read more... )

I want an infra-red filter! Also, that guy is clearly a cat lovr which is always okay by me.
It was snowing on th 401 on my way home today... just the odd drifting flake, but I was pleased:)

How much do infra-red filters cost? Because maybe you should get one?
It actually snowed a fair bit this afternoon. It didn't last long; it started and stopped within my fifteen-minute walk home, but it was going pretty strong for a bit. WINTER'S COMING!

Well, Guelph will hopefully get all the snow that Toronto won't get, and then we can both be happy.

It is AMAZING. You can play "Story" mode, which means you play the Beatles' history, starting in the Cavern, moving to Hamburg, the Budokan, the Ed Sullivan Show, and ending on a Saville Row roof. You unlock pictures of the Beatles with interesting anecdotes on them by achieving certain benchmarks, and learn about the songs. Also, when you're playing bass, or drums, it helps you appreciate the talents of Paul and Ringo more, since you are forced to pay attention to parts of the song you otherwise might ignore. Most importantly though, you can pretend you are the Beatles, and you can play Don't Let Me Down.

It snowed here too today. I am morose. My apartment is frigid. I intend to covertly put the thermostat on max tonight. Then we'll see who wins... me or winter!

I don't at all see why you can't both win.

Anyway, I don't like winter because it makes houses frigid; all reasonable people agree that sucks. Winter is awesome because of snow!, which you can still enjoy through a window, inside your sauna-hot house.
