a birthday cake. which ian is baking right now, which means that i get to be happy. if i waited for the complicated things that would make me happy, i'd never find joy. but birthday cake is a nice thing. as is ian.

i have a couple new ones that i need to polish and render, and about seven more in the works. i'm trying my hand at different writing styles, so in this group there's a 174 bpm dnb song and a 3/4 ballad written entirely in reason. finding the time between work and baby make it difficult to finish anything, but i'm off the next two weeks so i'm hoping to have at least four songs completed by then. i'll let you know when i have them up.
