How awesome! I've actually been covertly reading your journal for quite some time via a post way-back-when in Deborah's LJ.
I became particularly intrigued with your geocaching adventures! So about 6 or 7 months ago (after much product research) I bought a handheld GPS unit (Garmin 60CSx) and away I went. As it turns out, I absolute love geocaching! Some of my favorite geocaches so far have been in Moab, Utah. If you've never been to Moab, you need to put it on your list. It's truly unique and utterly fascinating.
Unfortunately, I've had to put the brakes on these type of activities for a bit due to some recent health issues. But I'll be back! With a GPS in my hand!

We're kinda hooked on it also. Our user name is, of course, momentforus. Is turtlehead you user name? G uses a 60SC and I have an old eMap. When we plan a trip, we look at geocaches in the area even before we get hotel reservations. I'm going out to Utah (St. George) for the senior olympics in volleyball and will take my GPS for sure. G is playing tennis in H'ville that week-end.
