Everyone was making out tonight

I loved how over the top everything was tonight! Okay, so Blair was responsible for almost every moment of pure decadence and operatics, but I loved it.

Blair and Serena's scene in which Serena tells Blair she can't attend the soiree and Blair is petulant about it. So cute. The Waldsen was rocking it in that scene. And I'm pretty sure there was some pleading eye action. I loved when Blair was waving/frowning as Serena left.

Blair's eyes were totally saying "come on baby, don't do this to me. Especially not in front of our friends!" It was totally like Serena was missing the wife's family bbq to play golf with her buddies. Lover's quarel!

Serena being magnetic.

When she was going on about the Vespa, if I was Dan I would have stolen that thing right there to keep that smile on her face.

I thought B would be rather flattered and frankly, aroused >:)Honestly, I was surprised by Blair's reaction. I would have thought that she'd be touched too. I think she was just in the moment and reacted. ( ... )

Blair would have loved the fall of Rome. Somebody'd be fiddling as it burned and she'd be going, throw another log on the fire and bring some more of that wine, Serena!

That is a perfect description! I love how Serena's desire to be free and go off and have adventures is like, kind of a stressful thing for Blair. Keeps the love alive, baby.

Damn straight! Although, three cheers for Dan for being downright affable in this one.

OMG! That scenario totally needs to be used in a dream sequence on the show (like the Tiffany's Bendel's scene at the beginning of "Bad News Blair"), or in fic. It's so deliciously awesome. Although, her laying on some fabulously expensive furs with Serena while like one of those nameless blonde girls brings her AND Serena wine is satisfying as well :D

So true. Blair likes to control everything (you could see that this ep with the sleepover preparations) and yet Serena is like this force she's fascinated by but has no firm control over.

Keeps the love alive, baby.See, I don't even mind when they have little tiffs now. Because after the Nate fiasco, nothing is going to keep this two away from each other for long. They fight, they make up and make ( ... )

That would be fun. I kind of have the ridiculous idea of a dream sequence fic where Blair wakes up to find that she and Serena are like forty and living as New York's most fashionable lesbians and she hosts salons while Serena narrates PBS specials and flies around the world in riding boots and jodpuhrs and they have like twelve adopted children. Weird but it makes me laugh.

Blairbear can't be blamed for wanting The van der Woodsen around to snuggle all the time. And I think a certain amount ( ... )

LoL I'm bringing-sharing my obsession here too :P First at all I'm totally surprised with Leighton on this show, really. She's so adorable like Blair and utterly hilarious. She ruled this episode.

Totally. And when she said "remember S?" and the look she sent to Serena, aw my heart melt. I was like "Come on girl! Dan can wait another weeeeek!"

Also, when Serena very protectively brushed the guy off Blair. I thought B would be rather flattered and frankly, aroused >:) but she kind of yelled at S there

Well, Serena show up with her date and if I was Blair I'd not be very happy neither LoL

Also I think that Lily/Rufus are kind of cute, in fact I think Rufus is kind of cute :)

The obsession lives here. Visit it whenever you like! It was the Blair Show. I'm surprised they didn't call it Blairdevil..

That scene was so nuanced and crafty. And both girls were selling it. Dan can wait 4-eva as far as I'm concerned.

They were cute. They're growing on me. And Lily was much more human last night. I liked when Dan was peering in the door and she was all mom-like, "Does Serena know you're here?"

Rufus is incredibly attractive. I've had a crush on him since the late 90's

whoo hoo! LoL thanks. You know? it seems I can't keep talking about teh Waldsen or/and teh Bleighton. I'm like a fandomjunkie or something.

Bleighton have this HUGE chemistry together and I'm almost 100% sure that most of the looks they really mean it.

Yes! Another Bleighton/Waldsen cult member. Fandom addicts unite for some awesome smack!

You're not kidding. Their scenes just jump out at you because they obviously have huge affection for one another on or off screen.

I'm ashamed to say that I first saw him in like, a 1999 issue of YM or Seventeen when he was in the sequel to I Know What You DId Last Summer. Never saw that, I'm proud to report but I've seen a ton of stuff he's been in since then. DId you see the miniseries Into the West? He was smokin' hot in the movie. And he was on B&S though, kind of an ass.
