So I ate some more when I got in from work, I don't know why! I cooked Walker some lamb coftas and I had two mouthfulls of the meat and half a sweet peper and about a handfull of cucumber and tomato and then a handful of lettuce. I know thats healthy but its still about 200cal, making my total for yesterday 400cal. Which when you look
