The Plan: At the gym, do weights and ab work FIRST and then whatever cardio there is time for. Aim for 400 cals burned.

Did I do it?: Haven't gone to the gym yet. Will do it soon. Wicked cramps kicked in today. Boo. :-( Feel like crud and went home from work early. Needed comfort food so ate a cookie and drank a huge cappuccino from 7-11. Went over ( Read more... )

Oh shush, I'm sending you $10. The money is *no* big deal to me. Especially since I never bought my 10 lb loss reward I promised myself, so I have some extra cash laying around just for something like this! It'll be sent Wed., Thurs. at the latest. :)

im glad your hip is starting to feel better! and i LOVE vegetable minestrone soup :)

how do you prepare your oatmeal? is it instant oatmeal or do you prep it your self - i always like oatmeal w/ syrup or honey so im wondering if there are any better tastier ways :)

Usually instant because I am lazy. lol.

When I'm at school in my own apartment though, it is ALWAYS brown sugar on it for me. I love it. And raisins. Or strawberries. Or blueberries. Or bananas. Oooh banana and brown sugar oatmeal is my favorite. Sometimes I combine a little Splenda and some cinnamin for cinnamin/sugar type combo. That's good with the strawberries, especially. :)
