Do you want to see if one of your relatives signed the petition to give women the vote in Victoria? This helped convince Victorian Parliament to pass the law in 1908 (Victoria being the last state to do it).

100 years! HOORAY!

I can only get 2 channels at my house.
Partly due to having a crap antenna, partly due to the location of the house.

Those channels are: 10 and SBS.
Tonight I'm so very glad I get SBS & that Mythbusters is on.

Heh, just flicked on the telly and saw an ad for Sweeney Todd. It was immediately followed by the AAMI ad in which the first line is "This is a message for my man Todd."

It made me chuckle.

You know what's really cool?

The fact that there's an animal called a vampire squid from hell.
Ok, so technically it's a Vampyroteuthis infernalis, but that still has to take the prize for "Best Animal Name. Ever."
