I just have to unload...

Ye ole patch is especially itchy today...  I have started to directly associate high levels of stress with the itching.  Am I going to have a "phantom itch" for the rest of my life when i crave a cigarette????

CRAP.

It's worth noting that, if you quit, you won't have a phantom itch for the rest of your life when you crave a cigarette, because you won't (for the most part) crave a cigarette.

NOT true. Much like a heroin addict, the DESIRE and craving will never TRULY go away.

But that is beside the point that whatever the consequences, craving or not, soon I will be at that place where I can A.) dicount it, or B.) ignore it.

So, Dave pretty much badgered the friend in question until she stormed out and cried for about an hour, including while shopping at Wal*Mart. She even admitted she was wrong for saying what she said to you. Let's see if she'll say it to you now...

I would like to announce to all that I do not advocate making someone cry via badgering.

That having been said, I would be lying if I didn't concede that I didn't get a little gratification over the incident.

I should also point out that any time a friend wrongs another, a simple "My bad, sorry," should be all that one needs to move on. It is the recognition of the wrong and the regret that is integral to forgiveness.

He should have told her dad though. :)

I'm headed to the ATL tomorrow you are more then welcome to ride and if you want you can even keep the car until Sunday as I will be with my sister and we don't usually drive separately when I'm there. Let me know something soon.
