My mind was racing nonstop last night...it didn't help me fall asleep at all, neither did the fact that it was 10:30pm and was still 4-5pm light outside. UGGh! I went to the dr today, verdict is this... I have a history of asthma, and when you get such a bad cold as I did, and cough and cough *like I was* you expand the lining of your lungs and they are irritated and don't ever go down, like someone without asthma would. I think I might have walking pneumonia...
