How do we love ourselves?

The love that we pour so freely into others, we show ourselves. Not just what we need but what we want. Look after ourselves. Spoil ourselves.

I'm currently reading self-help books ranging from beauty to productivity.
My goal is to finish 5-10 books by the end of Summer:
