I called Bethany today, about the twins. They told me the twins are being adopted. Apparently tons of calls have been made. I'm glad for them. It's been my prayer that they get the perfect home for them, and I believe they will get it. That's so wonderful. I still hope for more children one day, but suppose it may not be like what I have ( Read more... )

Sierra has put on a few pounds and is no longer offensively thin. She goes to the vet today to be spayed. She gets nervous going somewhere without the other dogs, but soon she'll grow to trust us ( Read more... )

Well, of course I spent the night crying about those twins. Ugh. I realize we're far from adoption, but in a way I really wish we weren't. We've come so far since Brian's accident, it's just amazing. A few months ago Brian and I started the adoption process on a little boy in Kaz. He's a six-year-old Russian Boy named Vyacheslav (Slava for short). We can't go to the park lately because of Hoss' knee/arthritis, so last evening we took the dogs out and walked them on the leash. We left poor Hoss in the fence. He was so sad!
