My power went out for about 90 minutes this morning and I was bored to death. There isn't much you can do with no power. I'm taking a break from painting my sons room. The walls are done, I just have to get back in there and do the baseboards, trim around the doors, and the doors. Things are looking up. My PET scan was clear which means my cancer is still in remission, my husband and I haven't fought in a few days, and I had a great, long, eye opening chat with someone today. Amazing how good advice comes from unexpected sources.

I haven't updated in a while. I'll try to get to it tomorrow. I'm going through a really bad time right now. I actually had to have Valiums to have my PET scan run. If you are the least bit tense the radioactive dye goes into your tense muscles and they can't read the scan. I have been worthless most of the day. A good friend of mine called me a little while ago. She owns a salon that does good business in my area. She is buying the space next to her to put in a mini spa, and wants to know if I want to be her Aesthetician. I would either work for her or buy my own stuff and rent the space.

My parents stopped by last night on their way home from Naples. My sister sold her big beautiful condo for something smaller because they bought a nicer house in Boston.
