Cool song choice: the rhythm of the cutting is so well matched and it’s lyrically perfect. I really like the segue from Manticore child-soldiers into adult characters. Nice symbolism in all the textual elements.

Thank you! The song choice was yourlibrarian's - I'm delighted that you think the visuals worked with it, because I've never vidded something with so few lyrics before.

Yay! You posted! It's so lovely.

You might want to put a note in the dl link that this is to the pro sendspace site in case anyone is still worried about the virus.

I love how you highlighted the fact that the lessons that were hammered in their heads at Manticore - duty, teamwork, etc - still define the way they act today, still shape much of their actions, though obviously not intended in the way Manticore had meant. Good job!

That's exactly what I was trying to convey - I'm so happy it came through! Thank you!

Elegant and understated. I really enjoyed how you pull the transgenetics together and link them. I don't think I've seen a vid that concentrates on the relationships between the transgenetics - as both family and then enemies - that was really interesting and inventive in its' own right. I loved the pacing and how everything wove together in the end. Very beautiful and very emotional without having to win those emotions with cheap or cheesy tricks.

And for a good cause! Yay!

What wonderful feedback - thank you! The idea to explore the transgenics' relationships was yourlibrarian's - I'm glad you think the vid was successful in doing it!
