I always follow wise advices!
Well, often.
Ok, sometimes.

I'll reformulate:
This time, I followed a wise advice!

*lol*

Hephaistion really knows Alexander, doesn't he?
I almost felt sorry for Alexander :)

Almost... gifhetalia September 8 2011, 13:00:31 UTC
Yes, Hephaistion knows his Alexander. That's a fact. The king might be innocent this time, but Phai knows he'd better keep him in suspense. ^_^

This is fantastic! Such a clever idea. Bravo, Hephaistion!

Also, I like these phrases, the veritable bull's eye (exclamation marks are mine) -

"As Hephaistion entered the hall, as usual, every eye fell upon him.(!) He acted (!), as usual, as if he didn’t notice.(!)"

"Bagoas quickly left to add a note on a draft of the book he was writing: “How to Manipulate a King and Live Happily Hereafter”. - hilarious!

Frankly, I feel like quoting the whole story here, sentence by sentence. :)

Please, write more!

Thank you so much! I'm glad you liked it. You know, you all are such an inspiration to me.
Do you know the Chinese Proverb: "When you go back home, beat your wife. You may not know why, but she does."? It'a where I took the idea from...^_^

Ha-ha-ha, I never heard of this proverb, very inspirational. I think most proverbs, Chinese including, can be an inspiration. My favorite one (Chinese) is "Even a monkey occasionally falls from a tree." It glaringly asks to be used for some story relating to ATG who never was defeated....

You are really good, hon! I can't believe you claim to just start out in writing. This is clever and funny written and I was in stitches over Bagoas' book title.
:-) This is such a likely scenario - Hephaistion blaming Alexander although he doesn't even know for what. But there sure is SOMEthing, as usual. :-) One way or the other Alexander deserves punishment - if not for what he did that day, than for what he did the day before or will the next. :-) Way to go, Hephaistion. There is no better day than the present to manipulate the King. :))) Love it.

Thank you so much!
*lol* yes, infact Alex is instantly worried when he sees Phai's face: he surely is used to the whole pattern "I misbehave - Phai finds out - he punishes me"

I love that you call me "G"...*__*
