Shifting perspectives when worry appears
Changing the channel (moving the radio dial, with this schht! static sound) ... is the thing I envision now when a worry-type-thought appears in my head.

"Omigod this is crazy" (about a messy room)
to
"This (blank) is (blank)" ... ex: "This room is messy at this particular moment"
Change
"There's *so* much to do!!!" (when going to take care of something)

"There is only *one* thing to do and it's this thing I'm doing right now at this moment"

Too busy?
We can NOT work something important into our schedule, we have to put it first and then work our schedule around IT. If you're too busy for it then you're definitely too busy. So I encourage you to just prune off some of those things in your life that aren't bearing any good fruit anyway and take time for something that is gonna bear a LOT of good ( Read more... ) -
