Le PolyGigergone Scientifique
Tried out the first of two 22 mile runs this past Sunday. Brutal, but significantly better than the previous week's 20 mile pre-noro bilgemarch. Finished it in 3:37, which puts me at least in striking distance of a four hour marathon time if my training pacing is accurate compared to my top gear abilities.
