Total Weight Loss: -5.8 lbs
Um...Ok

Accomplishments this past week
-Did my kickboxing video again, found a section I love
-I tried the Pilates video, not really comfortable with it right now. I will revisit in the future, but I did feel the effects the next day, ( Read more... )

If you ever need someone to vent to down the road, feel free to contact me. I've been a WW member for almost 4 years now (and when I focus I have great success on it) but I understand the feelings and such that come up :)

I've stayed with it, even while not being "on plan" because I will eventually break through whatever the emotional block is that I've had for the past couple years. I figure as long as I go and weigh in weekly, it helps me at least maintain and keeps me up on the current information, etc. I'd be much worse off without it.

It's the little things that will make the big difference.

Maybe the scale didn't move much this week, but you are making changes that will benefit you in the long run. Good for you!
