So it's not mono! Apparently it was something bacterial, but not strep. My white blood cell count yesterday was 22,000! The normal count is 3,000-10,000. The nurse practitioner that I saw yesterday called me and she sounded so relieved when I said I was feeling better and that my fever was completely gone. If I start to get worse again I have to go

Hooray! I'm so glad to hear it's not mono, because that can be so nasty.

Sorry you have so much schoolwork, though. That's no fun when sick. :(

I know, right? I was terrified about it being mono because I know it can just put your life on hold for months.

I should be able to take care of it all, I realized I actually have less reading than I thought. Hopefully I'll feel up to tackling that tomorrow.
