We never heard back on our previous offer. We have made another offer. It is pretty sweet. Justin and I have gotten married. My parents have been having a great time with Jackson, at least I think so...and that is the gist of everything ongoing...

So...the owner hasn't rejected our offer, but they told their realtor that they wanted cash only....and rejected it on that basis... Their realtor was livid and they are getting in touch with the person who is actually in charge of the property. Anyway...we are just going to walk away if they get all dicky with us.
