The most wonderful time of the year.....
Had a fantastic Christmas. Yesterday, we got a box from my grandma. She usually sends us heirlooms. Little stuff, like an opera glass or a piece of costume jewelry, along with a written note describing the history of the object. It's always really sweet. This year, Grandma must have been busy. Ok.
Today I ran 1.5 miles (okay, I did 2 minutes run, 1 minute walk) in 19:30 minutes, which is a record for me. I never even ran that fast in high school. Then I walked another 3.5 miles! FIVE TOTAL MILES.

My life is pretty much a sitcom.
Yesterday I went to court to watch two attys from my firm. And when I met opposing counsel and went to shake his hand, he only let me shake his pointer finger. Because "I never shake hands with ladies. I only shake fingers."
