I know it doesn't exactly fit canon, but I couldn't resist young Billy. I mean, how fucking adorable would a young evil genius with a heart of mealty goodness be?

Oh, that is so perfect. The voice, that would be exactly how he saw highschool. And how Captain Hammer got his powers! It's reminiscent of old Superboy comics where Lex Luthor and Clark randomly were in school together, and Superboy accidentally made them enemies by burning off Lex's hair in chemistry class. Only inverting it, just like Dr. Horrible inverts the superhero genre in the first place. So awesome ♥

In fairness, high school IS an evil hierarchy, and it WOULD be better if Billy ruled it. I think we can all agree on that.
