I lost my father and my best friend in just a few days. The best friend isn't dead though, just to be clear. She just hates me because I'm in love with her.

My father died. Weird. I last spoke to him in 2003. My sister and I are next of kin, so we're responsible for all the arrangements and all that. We're probably going to cremate him and spread the ashes somewhere, since we can't afford a service. I really want to make another feature film right away. I'm developing/writing a few scripts. I want to have one ready to shoot by January/February. Wrapped principal photography yesterday. It still hasn't sunk in. Now I have a shit-ton of editing ahead of me.

Tonight, tomorrow and Friday are the last days of filming. Its been a month and a half in the making, but I'm almost done shooting m first indie feature, and it hasn't really sunk in.
