130 pages. Well surpassing my expectations. I need to celebrate. Who wants to celebrate with me?

105 pages in. I'm almost done. Hopefully this script will be as sincere and believable as I want it to be. And hopefully I can actually get this off the ground. I showed Miles my short film, The Loneliest Man In The World, and I realized everyone has the same reaction to it: Silence. I can't tell if it's good silence or not. When I ask "So, what do you think" they always seem to answer "It's good." with an almsot tentative tone. I think maybe it's bad silence. Now this makes me wonder if I can make this ( Read more... )

83 pages in. Do I want to finish? It's not an issue of whether I can or can't, but should I? Will making this be worthwhile? Is this an interesting idea, or does it really work as a feature? I didn't write on Friday or Saturday. Not a single page, so I'm going to make for what I didn't write today. I'm about 78 pages in now. I should be done tonight or tomorrow.

73 pages in and still going. I'm going to make a short film version to maybe show to people to help raise money, and just as a reference to myself, as well as practice.

I think I definitely made up for tuesday. I wrote 15 pages last night. I'm on page 66 now.

51 pages and counting. I didn't do any writing yesterday. Not sure why. Adeline came over and we watched The Squid and the Whale and Fargo. She loved them both. She's coming over again today to watch more movies. I'll probably write a little before she comes over, and probably more and more later tonight, to make up for last night.

I think my script may be longer than expected. What a relief. I was sure I'd come up short, then I checked my four page outline to see how much I had fleshed-out in script form, and realized the 33 pages I've written covers only less than half of the first page of four.
