Perfect ending <3 Luke will get to hold his Mara one day, but for now, all he needs is Ben.

Can I just say AWWWWWWWWW for now? This was the perfect ending, and I am sooo glad Luke found his balance and his will to live and his love for his son again!

I read the last few chapters in a row because I had a lot of catching up to do. I hope I can go back soon and give more detailed feedback for single chapters (if you like).

Thank you so much!! I'm so glad it gave you a feeling of 'awwww'. I love inspiring that feeling! Luke realizing he should live for his son was so needed, but I know it was always within him, just lost in the grief.

Thank you!! I'm glad the ending was satisfying. I loved it myself, but was afraid it was still too bittersweet for closure. I'm glad that was not the case!

This is simply one of the most beautiful and awesome fanfics I've read in a long time! No, heck, in alltime! The maturity, the sweetness and the longuing is unique - and add to that a fabulous balance; you've all the time been aware exactly how far you can push this, both in form and emotion.

And of course you managed to do that in this epologue too! Usually I don't much like epilogues - but this was perfect! Adored that Mara touched Luke suddenly it was THEM again, nothing even ebing able to change taht, loved Luke & Ben's intersaction - and of course - the last line!!!!

You don't like epilogues?? hee! Those are always my favorite part of the story!! In that case, I'm doubly glad you liked this epilogue!!

I was a bit torn on ghost Mara making an appearance, so I settled for her being there but not in blue ghostie form. I just think he--they--deserved that eternal moment.

Amazing fic, gal, start to finish. I loved loved loved Luke repeating "I'll come with you" - so fitting, since Ben is like Mara in so many ways and I think, Luke has to bridge the same gap with Ben and he did with Mara, all those years before.

Just beautiful. I look forward to reading other fics set in the AU, although I know you have a lot on your plate!
