2008 Peachtree Road Race

Due to the ongoing drought in Georgia. the City of Atlanta has decided to close Piedmont Park to any events expected to draw more than 50,000 people. This includes the Peachtree Road Race. Organizers don't yet have an alternate plan approved for the race course. Acording to the AJC, Georgia Tech has decided not to host the finish area this year ( Read more... )

I'm planning to. Sometime next month they should be sending me my application in the mail. I'm just not sure where I'll be running it. Is it still the Peachtree Road Race if they end up not running it on Peachtree Road?
