Ok so I started dieting on the 10th April and today I have weighed myself and have lost a stone. I am so happy :)

Been a mixed time recently. Went on my bike training on Wednesday which I thoroughly enjoyed but got a call half way through. My manager who has been on “leave” for the past couple of months died in a house fire the night before. Was a real shock.
