Are you in any position to be without a job? Because I would demand of your employer what you are asking of us, and in the same words you used to us & even tell them you will NOT train someone to do the job YOU ARE doing - and why should you? It's insane!! The only leverage you have (from where I sit) is that you are the one doing the training. If they can't get anyone else to do it, and it will hurt them for you to quit, you might have them.

In both of the issues you seem to be complaining about the same thing really. Your obviuossly smart and talented. You knew the theater group would be a work in progress. Yes you have alot of talent , you just have to show the troupe it. I think volunteering to help or even donating to the program , are both ways to keep your feet in the water, even if it is helping the ticket table. No point in looking like a poor sport to the theater group. I didn't recall "Business" having alot of Female parts unfortunately, it almost is as bad as "Joseph". As far as work, you found a job in december easily enough. No reason you can't scan the want ads again.
