I like this story. The images and emotions are very tangible.

Since you did ask, I really didn't care for "Robbing Peter." That John could have dreamt for one second that Dean would ever make a fuss over boring research work, and the sheer degree to which he didn't let Dean speak when he phoned him back, just frustrated me too much for me to want to find it believable. I couldn't find a story from May '09 like you referred to in the A/N, but if you felt John was very OOC in it maybe you didn't leave it up? But I was actually quite intrigued by the description; sometimes more extreme OOC goes more AU in my head and bothers me less.

I also can't find a part 2 to "For the Grace" which did leave me worrying about Dean's gauntness and how it would be resolved going forward, and his injuries.

I plan to read "To His Grim Idol" and try out some of the other stories on your master list.
