I chat with my family on IM so much that we really don't have much to talk about on the phone. Works for me, cause I don't really like talking on the phone. Skype is great, even my parents are using it well. They like webcam chats, especially with the grandkids. But yeah, it can get crazy expensive on the phone. :(

Pfft, you know that's not what I meant. When I said "I frankly don't care that much", I meant about all that mundane stuff. Like getting your cat dewormed or what salad you ate today. If anyone says conversations like that are interesting, they're lying.

And I asked for Dad's birthday because I need everyone's birthdays for my immigration forms. Normally Sonni reminds me when it comes around because there's nothing about the number or month of Dad's birthday that makes it easier to remember. Sonni's is in the same month as mine and your birthday is near groundhog's day. I keep thinking Scotty's is in June for some reason, so I always end up looking for it on his myspace or something.

I care. If I didn't I wouldn't be so frustrated with how cautious I have to be when writing LJ posts. =_=
