Mandara has congestive heart failure.  She's got around 6 months to a year left with us.  It is sad news, but at the same time, she's completely asymtomatic and is outwardly doing the best she has in over a year. So, that's the update ( Read more... )

which means i'm here for the next ten days, with a ridiculous amount of sewing to do, a few interpersonal appointments with some fabulous people and three tattoo appointments, three days in a row with three different artist!  woot!

it's all done!  I officially have a well set up studio and all of my stuff is neatly arranged in it with a fair amount of room to spare.  woot!

now onto the daunting task of accomplishing the two large pieces i have planned for april.  in total i think i've got 300 hours of sewing to do.
