i got to see leah for the first time face to face yesterday. i mean it was through a window from her feeding room at the hospital but just seeing how tiny and precious she is made me instantly cry. then i laughed at her gigantic feet. she's definitely my brother's child. she's beautiful ( Read more... )

i'm heading to the hospital in about a half hour to finally meet my niece face to face. only the grandparents were allowed to briefly meet her and no one's been able to hold her except my brother and bridget. she had a hard time during the birth and has been hooked up to IV's ever since but she's doing great now. it's really just a precautionary ( Read more... )
