I have new glasses. I like to think that they make me look studious.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

and all that stuff.  To be brief, my acquired loot this Christmas included the Firefly TV series + Serenity, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, War of the Worlds (which is still completely awesome, JUSTIN), Harry and the Potters CDs, some Red Vines, a handful of giftcards and a plethora of assorted knick-knacks.  Woot.
