i've been missing hearing about your life recently... and like a miracle i read your post! aka this was all just to say that i'm making hand shape turkeys this thanksgiving too, and i got really excited to see that you are. abraham
hi ! its really difficult to guess, but by calculating my gas mileage and sheer distance i must have spent about 1400 on gasoline. over the course of 3 months i slept on top of my car or in the homes of families i met, and i only spent one night in a hotel, which was $30. one month of that time was spent working at a hostel where i didnt spend money on anything except occasionally buying snacks and beer and wine. the only other real expenses were developing photos for a travel journal i kept, buying little souveniers and stamps to write to my mom, and occasionally having to pay for showers if i couldnt get a free one. almost everything on a roadtrip, except gasoline, can be bought cheaply/found free if you know where to look.
