I adore my cousin Daniel. His response to my Dad's recent argument for Christmas being under attack (which is that you don't see Merry Christmas written in shops any more, you can't get a nativity set in any department store, and he mentioned that since Christians are the majority, their holiday should be represented) is as follows:

On Monday, we went hiking with Justin's dad in Shenandoah National Park. It was beautiful, but the leaves hadn't completely changed yet. We're thinking of going back in two weeks. Terran was so good for the trip, and he really had an excellent time!

It's one of those days. I felt like I was getting a lot done earlier - I finished 3 homework problems and got my code to run (I thought), but then my code crashed at lunch and now it's not working and I am stuck on a fourth homework problem. I bought an Ergo yesterday at a local toystore called Noodles & Noggins. It was 20% off and they only had three left (but they had the color I wanted!!). Yay!

I think I've finally reached the point where my anger and hurt can be used in a more productive and proactive way.
