Graduation

My son graduated from his basjc training with the RAF. I am super proud.

I also feel old .

What a week.

I am feeling at a loss today. I am not really sure what to do with myself. I am obsessing about food quite a bit so trying to get through that.

I think I should do some of mt counselling course. I am not feeling very motivated honestly.
